mimacom-Flowable Group IS0 9001 / ISO 27001 certified

With the complete redesign of the TQMI system, which better reflects the company structure now, the mimacom-Flowable Group has reached a milestone in their certification history.

After one year of intensive work, mimacom CH, mimacom management AG, Flowable AG and mimacom Deutschland GmbH are now (re)certified according to the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

About ISO: ISO 9001 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS) and was developed by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization). The quality management standard ISO 9001 is the most important of its kind in quality management, both nationally and internationally. It defines minimum requirements for internal quality management. An essential part consists in continuous optimization of all operational processes, which are regularly reviewed.

ISO 27001 is the leading international standard for information security management systems. It applies to private and public companies as well as non-profit organizations and defines the requirements for the introduction, implementation, monitoring and improvement of an information security management system (ISMS).

The two certifications (DIN ISO 9001 since 2005 and ISO 27001 since 2016) as part of the company DNA represent an important and confidence-building basis on which secure, long-term and sustainable partnerships can be built for mimacom, its customers and its employees.

“The next goal we are considering is the certification of the rest of the mimacom-Flowable Group. The roadmap will be drawn up at the beginning of next year”, said Agim Emruli, CEO of the mimacom-Flowable Group.
