Flowable-mimacom Group is taking over godigital

The Swiss digitalization expert mimacom-Flowable Group is taking over 100% of the consulting company godigital, founded in 2017, from the previous owner ICG (Information Consulting Group). With this acquisition, the mimacom-Flowable Group strengthens its leading position in the field of digital solutions that help companies in Europe, North America and Asia to reach existing and new customers in the digital era.

godigital is an official Salesforce Consulting Partner and has already won numerous well-known customers in Switzerland in its young company history. The company specializes in the development, introduction and further development of digital platforms for business applications in the areas of marketing, sales and service based on the Salesforce customer success platform. “With its expertise in Salesforce, the world’s largest customer- and CRM-platform, godigital represents an ideal addition to the product- and service-portfolio of the mimacom-Flowable Group, which has already seen strong development and growth in recent years with the digitalization experts from mimacom and the case- and business-process-management platform Flowable,” says Agim Emruli, CEO of the mimacom-Flowable Group.

The godigital brand will be retained. The company will be continued as an independent but closely linked unit within the mimacom-Flowable Group. Roland Burger will remain executive director of the company.

The acquisition will be closed effective July 1, 2019.
