As an Engagement Manager at Flowable, you own the commercial growth of a portfolio of enterprise accounts: deepening relationships, uncovering new automation opportunities, and growing our services business through expansions, renewals, and trusted advisory partnerships.
This is not a reactive role. Your edge comes from deep account knowledge, broad stakeholder networks, and a genuine understanding of what customers are trying to achieve. You will also partner with Account Executives during the closing stages of new logo deals to scope the initial services engagement and, once signed, that account is yours to grow.
Drive commercial growth
Own incoming orders and revenue targets across your account portfolio, with incoming orders as your primary commercial metric (≥60% of incentive weight).
Develop and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities — new use cases, additional modules, and adjacent business units not yet engaged with Flowable Professional Services.
Manage renewals and contract extensions proactively, well ahead of expiry.
Maintain a live, well-qualified pipeline across your portfolio and manage the full commercial lifecycle: scoping, pricing, and contracting, in close collaboration with the delivery organization.
Build and expand relationships
Map and cultivate stakeholders beyond your primary sponsor; across IT, operations, finance, and business unit leadership.
Position yourself as a trusted advisor, bringing insight and ideas.
Orchestrate executive engagement where appropriate, involving senior colleagues for strategic opportunities.
Collaborate on new logos
Partner with Account Executives during the closing stages of new logo deals to scope, price, and position the initial services engagement.
Ensure a strong commercial foundation is established from day one, then take ownership of the services relationship post-signature.
Ensure delivery alignment
Hand off new engagements to the delivery team with scope, expectations, and customer context clearly defined.
Monitor account health at a relationship level and serve as the escalation point for issues that could affect the commercial relationship.
Forecast and report
Maintain accurate forecasts for incoming orders and revenue across your portfolio.
Report on account health, expansion trends, and commercial risk to your regional Head of PS and VP Engagement Management.
Proven experience in a commercially oriented role within professional services, consulting, or enterprise SaaS.
Track record of growing revenue within enterprise accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and trusted relationships.
Comfortable navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and buying centers.
Strong enough understanding of enterprise software delivery to hold credible conversations about scope, effort, and value — you don't need to be a technical architect, but you need to earn the room.
Confident, proactive, and self-directed — you build your own pipeline and don't wait to be handed opportunities.
Experienced working in a matrixed environment alongside delivery, sales, and executive colleagues.
