To lead this next chapter from the inside, we are hiring an AI Transformation Engineer in Zürich. The primary focus of this role is FlowSphere, our AI-orchestrated Revenue Engine and the proof point of what the Flowable Agentic Case Platform can do. As FlowSphere matures, the mandate will progressively expand beyond GTM into other functions of the company: Operations, Finance, People, Legal, Customer Success, and Engineering.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, platform engineering, and applied AI, with real ownership and company-wide impact.
Build & Own the GTM Engine
Design and implement AI‑powered GTM workflows on the Flowable Agentic Case Platform across the full revenue lifecycle: inbound lead processing, enrichment, qualification, routing, outreach orchestration, account intelligence, and opportunity support.
Design and build robust integrations with the core systems that power FlowSphere — Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, marketing automation, enrichment providers, and internal data sources — using REST, webhooks, and event-driven patterns to keep data and signals flowing reliably across the stack.
Embed with the Business & Help Transform the Organization
Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to evolve FlowSphere, while progressively engaging Operations, Finance, People, Legal, and Engineering to extend AI-driven transformation across the company.
Act as a technical counterpart for leadership across functions, translating strategic intent into executable, AI-powered systems and helping each team articulate what transformation concretely means for them.
Make AI Practical, Safe, and Measurable
Implement controlled AI usage, while explicitly avoiding autonomous behaviour in sensitive commercial, financial, or people-related contexts.
Ensure explainability, auditability, and data quality across every AI-driven workflow, treating governance as a first-class design requirement.
Share learnings internally and help position FlowSphere and Flowable's broader transformation as a reference architecture for customers.
Multi-year experience as a Software Engineer or Software Architect, with systems built and operated in real production environments.
Strong interest in AI technologies, ideally with practical experience integrating AI capabilities — LLMs, agents, classification, summarization — into real systems and business processes.
Solid track record designing and building integrations between enterprise systems — APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines.
Knowledge of at least one programming language — ideally Java (Spring), JavaScript, or TypeScript — with demonstrated real-world application.
Practical experience with process automation, workflow engines, or BPM/case management platforms is a strong plus.
Background in B2B software, GTM systems, or enterprise operations is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce, enrichment platforms, or product analytics is a plus.
Genuine interest in the business side of technology: you want to understand how the systems you build create value, not just how they work.
