We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing & Analyst Relations Manager to own how Flowable is positioned and perceived in the market. You will lead our relationships with industry analysts, shape the messaging that defines our category, and equip our sales teams to win in competitive enterprise deals. This is a senior, high-visibility role working directly with product, sales, and executive leadership.
Positioning, Messaging & Competitive Intelligence
Craft and maintain Flowable's positioning and messaging across segments and buyer personas, with a focus on regulated industries (banking, insurance, financial services).
Translate product capabilities into business value narratives for customers, prospects, and internal audiences.
Research and maintain an up-to-date competitive landscape; run win/loss analysis and feed insights back into positioning and product.
Partner with product leadership on launch narratives and market-facing announcements.
Analyst Relations
Own Flowable's relationships with industry analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC and others), including briefing cadence, inquiry strategy, and evaluation participation.
Lead major evaluation submissions (Magic Quadrant, Wave, MarketScape) end to end: RFI responses, reference coordination, demo preparation, and internal fact validation.
Coordinate commissioned research (e.g., Total Economic Impact studies) with analysts, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Translate analyst insight into actionable input for product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market planning.
Sales Enablement Content
Develop and maintain core enablement assets: battlecards, sales decks, objection handling, and competitive plays, with a continuous feedback loop from the field.
Ensure consistency of positioning and claims across all sales and marketing materials, including compliance with customer reference and logo usage policies.
Partner with the enablement function on rollout of these assets; delivery of enablement programs (training, onboarding, live sessions) is owned by the enablement function.
Support demand generation with messaging input for campaigns; campaign execution is owned by the demand generation function.
5-7+ years of experience in product marketing, analyst relations, or solution marketing in enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
Demonstrated experience working with industry analyst firms; you have run or materially contributed to a Magic Quadrant, Wave, or comparable evaluation.
Exposure to regulated industries (banking, insurance, financial services) and their buying dynamics is a strong advantage.
Ability to synthesize complex technical and market information into clear, credible messaging for different audiences, from practitioners to C-level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to analysts, executives, and customers.
Excellent English is essential; German is strongly preferred given our Swiss customer base.
Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate; regular presence in our Zurich office.
