We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical foundation, high initiative, and a bias for execution to take responsibility for defined feature areas of our product. You will work closely with the Product Management Lead, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders. You'll get up to speed on the product quickly, become a credible partner to Engineering, and take on more responsibility for your areas over time.
You’ll start by learning the product deeply and working within a set direction; as you demonstrate product judgment, you’ll take on more responsibility for your feature areas. We want someone who wants to build real product understanding and carry features properly, not just pass them along.
Take responsibility for defined feature areas and their quality and progress.
Contribute to the roadmap for your areas. The product strategy and priorities sit with the Product Management Lead; within that direction, you help shape what your areas deliver and in what order, and take on more of that as you build context and trust.
Discover and specify new features together with users and stakeholders, translating their needs into clear, buildable requirements.
Build prototypes to explore and validate how features should work, using AI tooling to move quickly.
Work hand in hand with Engineering throughout implementation, and verify after delivery that it works correctly and fits the rest of your area, not just that it looks right.
Help keep your feature areas coherent, with a consistent, well-designed experience.
Coordinate across Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, and be a point of contact for your areas, including the technical depth Marketing needs for demos or analyst conversations.
Use AI tools fluently and critically to speed up your own work (prototyping, specification, analysis), and help shape how AI capabilities show up in the product.
Solve problems independently and improve your areas continuously, comfortable taking a loosely-defined problem and running with it.
Drive initiatives from concept to completion, pitching ideas, challenging the status quo, and turning them into features that deliver value.
3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a comparable role for a software platform product.
A strong technical foundation. Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics, computer science, or comparable education/experience
You are enthusiastic and passionate about the topic of Business Process Automation.
Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Comfortable working in an agile, iterative way.
The ability to carry features from requirement definition through to delivery and verification.
Solid, hands-on experience with AI tools and a critical, discerning approach to using them, both to speed up your work and to reason about AI-powered product capabilities.
UX experience is a strong plus, especially for working hands-on on prototypes and making sound judgments about how a feature should behave, not just how it looks.
Fluent English. German is a plus.
