This is an ideal position for an experienced and proactive IT Support Specialist who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting colleagues, and ensuring a seamless IT experience across the organization.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, delivering timely and effective IT support. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
Device Management: Prepare and issue IT equipment to employees, including configuration, application installation, and updates.
System Management: Maintain and configure laptops, peripherals (printers, scanners), and network components. Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure and adherence to security best practices.
User Enablement: Train and guide employees on IT tools, best practices, and new technologies to enhance productivity and security awareness.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT colleagues and other departments to implement projects, roll out updates, and continuously improve IT services.
Inventory & Documentation: Maintain accurate asset records, update inventories, and create technical documentation.
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT support or similar roles within an international environment.
Strong technical skills in desktop/laptop support, network administration, and troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments.
Knowledge of Atlassian products, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID.
Familiarity with common IT tools such as ticketing systems, remote support software, and productivity suites.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Fluent English is required
