This is an ideal position for an experienced and proactive IT Support Specialist who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting colleagues, and ensuring a seamless IT experience across the organization.

What you'll be doing:

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, delivering timely and effective IT support. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.

  • Device Management: Prepare and issue IT equipment to employees, including configuration, application installation, and updates.

  • System Management: Maintain and configure laptops, peripherals (printers, scanners), and network components. Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure and adherence to security best practices.

  • User Enablement: Train and guide employees on IT tools, best practices, and new technologies to enhance productivity and security awareness.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT colleagues and other departments to implement projects, roll out updates, and continuously improve IT services.

  • Inventory & Documentation: Maintain accurate asset records, update inventories, and create technical documentation.

What you bring:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT support or similar roles within an international environment.

  • Strong technical skills in desktop/laptop support, network administration, and troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments.

  • Knowledge of Atlassian products, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID.

  • Familiarity with common IT tools such as ticketing systems, remote support software, and productivity suites.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

  • Fluent English is required
