With our next-generation Agentic Case Platform, we orchestrate people, systems, and AI to deliver real business outcomes: faster, smarter, and with greater agility.
As Head of Delivery Management, North America, you run delivery as one practice. You turn what our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Executives (AEs) sign into delivered revenue, lead the US Delivery Team Lead and the consultants behind them, and build the processes a growing practice needs.
Selling stays with the CSM and AE team. You own everything that happens after the signature: staffing, execution, financials and the revenue that comes out of it. Delivering the US services revenue target is the primary goal of this role; leadership, governance and productizing all exist to hit it.
Revenue management
Own the US delivery revenue target, turning what CSM and Sales sign into recognized revenue.
Convert signed backlog into delivered, invoiced work on time, with no project waiting for a consultant.
Keep billable utilization at target across the team, and act early when it drops.
Protect Gross Profit 1 and 2 by managing scope creep, overruns, unbilled work and idle bench.
Produce a monthly delivery revenue forecast that Finance and Sales can plan on.
Confirm deliverability with the CSM and AE team: estimates, staffing and start dates are yours to sign off.
Own the solution description for complex offerings beyond the catalog: solution, approach and effort in the proposal.
Give delivery sign-off before signature, so nothing is committed until scope, effort and capacity are confirmed.
Lead customer escalations when a project goes sideways.
Delivery leadership
Line-manage the US Delivery Team Lead (people leadership, accountability, performance and career development) and, through them, the delivery consultants.
Rely on the Team Lead for the technical and methodological side of delivery, while making sure the practice as a whole delivers what was signed.
Remove blockers, represent delivery internally and advocate for the resources and investment the team needs.
Plan headcount, structure and hiring ahead of demand as the practice grows.
Governance, processes and reporting
Develop and maintain the processes the practice runs on: recruiting, workforce development, capacity management, resource planning, project controlling and project management.
Run hiring end to end, including technical interviews and decision criteria, and define training paths, certifications and the right profile mix.
Forecast demand against pipeline, allocate consultants across projects and customers, and reshuffle when priorities move.
Set one standard for customer onboarding and project execution, and control budget, burn, margin and invoicing per engagement.
Deliver a monthly delivery report covering order backlog, chargeability, revenue, GP1 and GP2, and delivery health, with board-ready numbers on request.
Productizing and pricing
Turn recurring work into named offerings, building on the existing catalog such as Kickstart, Health-Check and Guided Upgrade.
Define scope, outcome and effort once, so CSMs and AEs can position offerings without a custom estimate every time.
Feed delivery learnings back into the product: what we build three times for customers is a candidate for the platform.
Work with the SVP Professional Services, the CSM and AE team and Product on pricing models: capacity allocations, fixed-price and outcome-based work, and rate cards per profile aligned with EMEA.
10+ years in professional services or consulting, with responsibility for the revenue, utilization and margin of a delivery organization.
Experience leading people through team leads: you have managed team leads, built teams and can line-manage professionals whose craft is adjacent to your own.
Enough technical depth to be credible on scope, effort, risk and architecture, without needing to be the most technical person in the room.
A track record of designing and running recruiting, staffing and controlling processes, not only following them.
Comfort working in a matrix, with daily collaboration across CSM, Sales, Product and executives in the US and at our Zürich headquarters.
Based in the United States, with willingness to travel to customers across the US as required and a few trips a year to headquarters in Zürich, Switzerland.
Exposure to intelligent automation, BPM, case management, low-code or workflow orchestration is a plus.
Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance or telecommunications is a plus.
Not a sales role. Pipeline, quotes and closing belong to the CSM and AE team. You confirm what can be delivered, then deliver it.
Not the most technical person in the room. You are accountable for the delivery team's success, not for the architecture, and you lean on your Team Lead.
Not a pure people-management role. You own a revenue number and the utilization and margin behind it.
Not a caretaker role. The expectation is one practice, one standard, and growth, not keeping things running as they are.
A senior role in a strategic growth market, with direct visibility to the executive team.
The chance to shape a practice: its processes, its offerings and how it grows.
A collaborative, international culture, with close ties between the US team and our Zürich headquarters.
An agile environment where your work has a visible impact on customers and the product.
