Join us as a Core Accountant and play a key role in supporting our international finance operations within a growing, innovative technology company.

What you'll be doing:

You will start by taking full ownership of the accounting for our Polish entity. Once fully onboarded (after the internal training sessions, or by the end of the probationary period of 3 months at the latest), you will progressively take over accounting responsibilities for other companies within our international group. Our ERP system is Workday; however, our Polish entity has a distinctive setup in which external accounting providers handle certain accounting processes locally in their own systems. Given this, you will be responsible not only for accounting in Workday, but also for coordinating closely with the external accounting providers to ensure consistency and accuracy across both systems.

Your responsibilities from day one:

  • Responsible for the daily and periodic accounting operations of our Polish entity

  • Collaborate on daily and periodic accounting operations for other international group companies

  • Act as the go-to contact for internal stakeholders on finance-related topics for the Polish entity

  • Responsible for preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for our Polish entity

  • Own all tax-related matters for the Polish entity, ensuring accurate and timely handling

  • Responsible for coordinating closely with external accounting providers, particularly on financial matters and financial statements, as well as on tax audits and local audits.

  • Responsible for finance-related administrative tasks for the Polish entity

  • Together with a teammate, responsible for preparing and issuing intercompany invoices between group entities, in compliance with internal transfer pricing policies

After your onboarding - international group companies

  • Take over the daily and periodic accounting operations of other international group companies, step by step and in full responsibility

  • Take over the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for these companies

  • Support the general accountant with tax audits and local audits for other international companies

  • Act as deputy for the general accountant of other international companies, taking on ownership of specific tasks and entities

  • Act as deputy for international payables and receivables processing

  • Support finance-related administrative tasks internationally and gradually take them over

What you bring:
