As a Business Operations Specialist you will work closely with our VP of Operations, supporting with administration, contract management and reporting.
What you’ll be doing:
Administration Assistance – Support the business teams in day-to-day administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests such as the creation of reports & presentations, meeting documentation, calendar management, travel management etc.
Operational Support – Provide business and sales operations support, including contract management, billing, revenue management and reporting.
Data Excellence – Data management in our CRM and Finance & Accounting system with a focus on quality. Manage the financial forecast, track order backlog and budget.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3 years + professional experience in a similar role
Excellent organization skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
Good written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and across locations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
Experience with software systems such as Workday Finance, SAP, Salesforce, Hubspot etc
Fluent English, German would be a plus
