This Environmental Policy outlines our commitment to environmental sustainability as part of our broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program. As a growing mid-size IT company we recognize our responsibility to protect the environment, minimize our environmental footprint, and actively contribute to a sustainable future. The development, maintenance, and operation of our software products and dedicated environments require energy, which in turn generates carbon emissions. We are committed to minimizing their environmental impact. This policy provides guidelines for reducing our carbon footprint, managing resources efficiently, promoting sustainable practices across our operations and empowering our teams to have a positive environmental impact.

2. Objective

We aim at minimizing our negative environmental impact and promoting sustainability while delivering our high quality Software Products and IT Services. All our employees are integrated into our environment management and have the right and the duty to work towards eliminating circumstances that create unnecessary burdens on the environment.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors and affiliates involved in the company’s operations, including our offices, data centers, supply chains, and any activities related to our business.

  • We are a digital company and therefore promote a paperless environment using digital communication and documentation (digital documents and e-signatures) and we are also providing our services remotely.

  • Report on our environmental initiatives and progress as part of our annual ESG disclosures.

6. Responsibilities

  • Management: Responsible for implementing this policy, setting targets, and ensuring compliance.

  • ESG Committee: Responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, progress monitoring, initiatives review, reporting on environmental performance and advising the board and senior management on ESG trends, risks and opportunities.

  • Employees: Expected to adhere to this policy and participate in sustainability initiatives.

This policy will be reviewed regularly and updated as necessary to ensure it remains relevant and effective in achieving our environmental goals.
