As our Workday Applications Manager, you will take on a challenging and exciting role within the group and support both the management level and the individual group companies from mimacom & Flowable.
What you’ll be doing:
Workday guru – You will be the Workday expert for the group, responsible for developing and maintaining the platform, participating in regular training to expand your knowledge and stay up to date with new releases.
Configuration & Testing – Partner with team members and other stake holders to configure and implement changes to Workday to meet new or changing business requirements and subsequently conduct testing to ensure all HR and finance processes are working correctly.
Reporting & Administration – Create and analyze reports using the Workday report writer, manage security access (especially user roles), monitor system errors and resolve technical issues.
What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering or equivalent experience i.e. apprenticeship with expertise in Business Administration
2 years of professional experience, preferably in an IT related position, implementing, supporting or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications
Solid experience in report writing and working for business functions
Exposure to IT service management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow
English fluency is essential, German and/or Spanish is a plus
Good knowledge on Workday HCM and finance modules would be beneficial
