As a Salesforce & MCAE Junior Application Manager you will take on a challenging and exciting role within the group and support both the management level and the individual group companies from Mimacom & Flowable.
What you’ll be doing:
Administration – Configure and automate the systems, security settings and customize CRM automations whilst also creating reports in such a way that they can be used in a self-service mode by the marketing and sales departments.
Technical Support – Monitor production issues and resolve employee generated tickets in a timely manner such as troubleshooting system errors and user problems.
Product Development – Improve the system with new features, create training documentation for sales and marketing end users whilst training new starters and existing employees.

Basic knowledge in Salesforce and Pardot administration
Experience working with Databases such as mySQL is a plus
Experience with other CRM tools (Hubspot, Zoho) is a plus
Exposure to IT service management tools such as JIRA
English fluency is essential, German and/or Spanish is beneficial
