Salesforce & MCAE Senior Application Owner Spain or Poland (Remote)

As a Salesforce & MCAE Senior Application Manager you will take on a challenging and exciting role within the group and support both the management level and the individual group companies from Mimacom & Flowable.  

What you’ll be doing: 

• Product expert – Act as our Salesforce & MCAE guru by being up to date with the product and by acting as a consultant for our internal stakeholders of Sales and Marketing; guiding them proactively with your experience and market best practices.

• Administration – Configure and automate the system, security settings, customize CRM automations, build integrations, whilst also creating reports in such a way that they can be used in a self-service mode by the marketing and sales departments.

• Technical Support – Monitor production issues and resolve complicated employee generated tickets in a timely manner such as troubleshooting system errors and user problems that require senior knowledge and experience. 

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering or equivalent experience i.e. apprenticeship with expertise in Business Administration or similar certified coursework in applicable fields of study 

• 5 years + professional experience in Salesforce and Pardot administration 

• Having built new Salesforce features and integration in other companies. 

• English fluency is essential, German and/or Spanish is a plus

• Exposure to IT service management tools such as JIRA

• Certified Salesforce Administrator

• Super Badge Set: Admin

• Super Badge Set: App Builder 

Preferred Credentials: 

• Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

• Certified Platform App Builder

• Certified Pardot Consultant

• Flow Elements and Resources Specialist Superbadge
