To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a pragmatic, humorous HR assistant for our Bern office.

Your challenge

  • Support and independent leadership of the personnel administration of all employees in Switzerland in cooperation with Payroll and the senior HR manager

  • Supervision of the entire employee lifecycle:

  • Administrative support in all HR processes with Workday

  • Entry and maintenance of HR master data in Workday

  • Administrative support for training and further education topics as well as participation in the organization of employee events

  • Representation for all tasks in the area of time and absence management, payroll and social insurance

  • Organization of onboard and off boarding staff, as well as organization for global onboarding trainings

  • Responsible for standard reporting with Workday

  • Support senior HR managers in various administrative tasks

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of personnel management or similar, as well as a number of years professional experience in personnel administration

  • High flexibility in terms of work activities and content

  • Openness and a positive attitude towards constant, continuous change

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, ideally experience with Workday

  • Work location in Bern and the flexibility to work once a week in the Zurich office

  • Excellent good communication skills

  • Initiative, service-oriented, team-minded and resilient personality

  • Independent and humorous nature

  • Fluent in both German and English
