This is an excellent position for an analytical and data driven Growth Marketing Manager who is familiar with key growth and digital marketing concepts and can use these types of metrics to drive smart and efficient decision making.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Growth strategy – Leading and developing Flowable’s growth strategy, budget and execution across paid and unpaid user acquisition and retention channels.

  • Campaign development – Building campaigns in the classic channels including paid social, SEO/SEA/SEM, Youtube ads, email/CTM etc. Working in partnership with the wider marketing team to ensure proper measurement of brand lift and effect of marketing campaigns.

  • Performance analysis – Tracking all campaigns and analyzing data on marketing performance. Developing the reporting framework to share and align on growth strategy and execution.

What you bring:

Are you familiar with key growth and digital marketing concepts? Can you connect the dots between marketing and revenue touch points?If this sounds like you, then take a look at our technical requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience managing performance marketing ideally in the B2B tech market

  • Experience in evaluating and interpreting performance data; confident with Excel, pivot tables, ROI calculations, etc.

  • Highly technical and analytical mindset, able to navigate your way around attribution models, adtech, analytics, segmentation, automation etc.

  • Excellent oral and written English skills, German is a strong plus

  • Exposure to marketing platforms (Pardot) and CRMs (Salesforce) is a major plus
