As a results-driven Business Development Representative, you will be tasked with achieving and exceeding set targets and KPIs related to lead conversion rates and customer acquisition, contributing to the development of sales strategies.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead Management - Promptly respond to inbound leads, assess their potential, and engage them through various communication channels (email, social media, phone) to evaluate the needs and interests and categorize them appropriately for tailored follow-up.
Customer Relationship Management - Utilize Salesforce to track interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date information to ensure a smooth handover to the Sales Team. Create weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on leads, qualification status, main lead sources, conversion rates, KPI progress.
Cross-departmental Collaboration- Work closely with Marketing, Sales & Partner Management to understand lead sources, patterns and conversions. Support marketing to adjust campaigns in order to optimize lead conversion results.
Knowledge & Awareness - Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products & services whilst staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

In addition to excellent organizational and time management skills you’ll also bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2+ years proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably with a focus on handling inbound leads.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Persistent, motivated and a drive to succeed.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent English is essential, additional languages such as German would be a plus
