In this role, you will be responsible for delivering remote trainings on our Intelligent Business Automation solutions to customers around the world to set up their success.
As part of the training team, you will be able to shape our curriculum by updating the training materials with the latest and greatest features and make the learning journey as smooth as possible. In addition, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our e-learning solution.Finally, as part of the training, you will be able to help us continually improve and digitalize all aspects of our training process.
What you’ll be doing:
Deliver remote trainings to citizen developers, business analysts, software engineers and software architects.
Help developing our e-learning content.
In collaboration with our training and product team, update training materials.
Help automatizing and streamlining our training processes.
Engage with our community by answering questions and offering support to our customers.
What you bring:
Are you motivated for developing your career in our training team? Do you have a good understanding and interest in teaching? If this sounds like you, then take a look at our requirements:
You have at least 5 years of experience in the software industry, ideally with experience in training.
You have a strong interest in process digitalization and automation.
Strong understanding and affinity to software development. Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or any other object-oriented programming language.
Knowledge of BPMN, CMMN, DMN is a big plus.
Big plus if you already have experience with BPM products like Pega, Appian, Camunda or others.
You enjoy teaching and sharing your knowledge. You understand how to talk to and manage different stakeholder groups
You have a proactive attitude with a very good sense for quality and strong ability to think and act analytically.
You speak fluent English and have good presentation skills. German is a big plus.
You are located in Europe (fully remote work possible)
