Yes. If you would like to take more than one exam on a single day, please contact us at certification@flowable.com and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Yes. You can contact us up to 24 hours before your scheduled exam via the contact form or by emailing certification@flowable.com, and we will arrange a new date.

In general, yes. To ensure candidates are properly prepared, attending a relevant Flowable instructor-led training is required, after which you will receive a voucher for the certification exam. For Flowable Partners at Network level or higher, different rules may apply. If this is relevant to you, please contact us at certification@flowable.com.

You may retake the certification exam up to two additional times within one year. Simply register again using your existing voucher.

Yes. Flowable certifications are based on Flowable Platform. While many concepts overlap with the open source libraries, candidates are expected to be familiar with the platform features and tooling.

No. The exam focuses on your knowledge and understanding of Flowable concepts. No local installation is required.

No. The exam is closed-book and is proctored live. Before the exam begins, you will be asked to verify your identity by taking a photo of your face and a valid ID using your webcam. During the exam, your webcam will remain active and the exam must be completed without switching browser windows.

All Flowable certification exams are currently offered in English.

Yes. Sample exam questions are currently available for the Flowable Business Process Modeler Certification and the Flowable Developer Certification. You can find them on the Certification page.

The Flowable Essentials Certification exam consists of 15 questions. A minimum score of 50% is required to pass.

The Flowable Business Process Modeler Certification exam consists of 35 questions. A minimum score of 50% is required to pass.

The Flowable Developer Certification exam consists of 30 questions. A minimum score of 50% is required to pass.

The Flowable Integrator Certification exam consists of 20 questions. As this is an expert-level certification that focuses on a more specialized and advanced set of integration topics, a higher minimum score of 60% is required to pass.

Your certificate is valid for two years from the date you pass the exam. You can renew it free of charge before it expires by registering for a new exam and providing the number of your expiring certificate.

You will receive a digital certificate via email within two weeks after successfully passing the exam.
