No, you can take the exam on any computer with a working webcam.

All Flowable training participants can take the certification exam for free, including two retakes.

You can contact us, up to 24h before your original exam date, through the contact form or directly at certification@flowable.com and we will find a new date that works for you.

Yes, we want to make sure that you are well prepared, so we require you to either take any developer or business modeler training. You will then receive a voucher after your training.

You can retake the certification exam twice within a year. Simply register for the exam again.

Just send a message with your name, certificate number and description of your problem, to certification@flowable.com and we will resolve the issue.

Currently, the test consists mainly of multiple-choice questions.

The test will cover a wide range of topics from the following categories: - BPMN (task types, execution flow, gateways, events) - CMMN (task types, case evaluation, sentries) - DMN (hit policies) - Flowable Concepts (Identity Links, Entity Links, Models, Definitions and Deployments)

At the moment, our Flowable Foundation certification is aimed at professionals who are familiar with the Flowable Platform. While most topics will be familiar to users of the open source libraries, we strongly recommend that you get a good overview of Flowable's features.

Currently the test consist of 35 questions, randomly selected and you must answer 50% of them correctly.

You have 60 minutes to answer all the questions.

You don't need to install Flowable, all the questions test your general knowledge of Flowable.

No, unfortunately not! But we trust that you are an expert. To prevent cheating, you will need to take a photo of your face and an ID (such as your ID card) via your computer's webcam before the exam begins. In addition, all exam takers will be monitored via webcam during the exam. You will not be allowed to switch the browser window while the examination is underway.

Currently there are no sample exams, but you can prepare well by working through the tutorials on our website and attending one of our training sessions.

Our exam is currently only offered in English.

Your certificate is valid for two years from the time you pass the exam. You can renew your certificate free of charge before it expires by signing up for a new certificate. When doing so, don't forget to include the number of your expiring certificate.

We will send you a digital version to the email address you used to register for the certification within two weeks of passing the exam.

Currently, we only offer the Flowable Foundation certification. However, there are plans to offer other certifications aimed at developers.
